Welcome our new LMT,
Jennifer Cullen

Jennifer worked in the Madison and Lake Geneva areas as a licensed massage therapist the past four years after graduating from the Therapeutic Massage program at Madison College. During that time she worked with chiropractors and other massage therapists in spa environments, and as an owner operator. She is trained in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Relaxation, Trigger Point Therapy, Hot Stone, Hydrotherapy, and is Thai Level 1 certified. She likes to incorporate both muscle specific work along with relaxation techniques.  She takes an evidence-based approach towards client care and specialized treatment. Her vision is to ensure each client has their specific goals addressed within a relaxing and professional environment. She enjoys learning new techniques and modalities that can be incorporated into her client’s sessions.

Jennifer is married to her best friend and they are blessed to have a beautiful family.  They will be transitioning to Tomahawk full time in the near future.  She is retired from the Wisconsin Air National guard after 21 years of active military service. She enjoys spending time with her family & friends, golfing and exploring the great state of Wisconsin.

She is dedicated to enhancing the overall well-being of the clients so they feel relaxed and rejuvenated in body, mind and spirit. You'll find her to be friendly, respectful and professional.

About Me

Heather A. Duaime (LMT, NCBTMB)

I was a Licensed Massage Therapist in the Green Bay area for over seven years; specializing in therapeutic deep tissue massage, orthopedic & sports massage, bio-mechanical restructuring, and myofascial release. I'm passionate about helping clients feel their best by integrating the various techniques & modalities I've gained over the years with my continuing education training.

Through my career I have worked closely with local Chiropractors, Physical Therapists, and other Licensed Practitioners. My goal was to take a full circle approach of connecting Western & Eastern medicine practices, to achieve the best possible care for the individual client's needs.

I sold my former Massage & Bodywork studio in De Pere two years ago to move up here in the beautiful Northwoods of Wisconsin, mostly to be closer to family. I've since spent my time focusing on being a mother to our two wonderful children; while trying to become involved & connected with our great community. I've been eager to start up a practice here to get back into the field of Massage Therapy, and am happy to say it is finally the right time.

I look forward to working with you; whether your goals be relaxation, pain relief, or just finding some mind & body balance again.

Appointment Options

Instead of differentiating pricing by the type of massage a client would like, each massage is fully customizable to tailor to the individuals needs. Whether you're just looking to relax, work out tension, or prepare/recover your body from an athletic event; rest assured together we will find the right pressure and techniques to get you feeling your best. I also utilize cupping, hot stones, therapeutic grade essential oils, and hot towels in all of my sessions at no extra charge.
